Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

  • 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered, with the mother
  • 8-12 oz water room temperature or warm
  • 1-2 tsp honey raw and unprocessed (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour 8-12 oz of water into a glass.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, if desired.
  • Mix well and drink 15-30 minutes before meals, up to 3 times per day.

Notes
