1-2tbspapple cider vinegarraw, unfiltered, with the mother
8-12ozwaterroom temperature or warm
1-2tsphoneyraw and unprocessed (optional)
1tsplemon juicefreshly squeezed (optional)
Instructions
Pour 8-12 oz of water into a glass.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
