Instructions
Core and chop the apples, then place them in a glass jar.
Dissolve the sugar in water and pour it over the apples until they are completely submerged.
Cover the jar with cheesecloth to allow airflow while keeping out dust and insects.
Store the jar in a dark, warm place for 1-2 weeks, stirring daily.
After fermentation, strain out the solids and transfer the liquid back to the jar.
Cover again with cheesecloth and let it ferment for another 3-4 weeks until it reaches desired acidity.

Ensure all equipment is clean to prevent contamination during fermentation.
